Pour the flour and baking soda into a bowl, add the salt, lard and warm water. Knead by hand for about ten minutes.

Divide the dough into 6 parts. Extend eachwith the dough roll, leaving a thickness of 3 to 4 mm. To form a circle, use a plate and cut the dough around.
Then cook them in a skillet with oil for 1 minute on each side, crushing the cooking bubbles with a fork.
Place the mozzarella cubes in one half of the piadina, let it melt er and place the ham and the marinated artichokes. Fold it in half and enjoy the warm piadina.
