1.       Why does Maestrella.com collect your data?

Contact form

The personal data collected in the form are stored in a file. The legal basis for the processing is consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR).

Data marked with an asterisk in the form must be provided. Otherwise, your request cannot be processed.

The Personal Data collected will be communicated to the department in charge of processing your request, depending on the subject of the request. 

It shall be kept for 5 years.

The legal basis for the processing your email adress is consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR).  The cookbook will be mailed only once. The data is not stored otherwise.

Website Security

We may need to keep computer records of your visit to our website in order to prevent and detect security incidents, secure your personal data and our information systems. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

The connection logs are kept for a period of 6 months from the date of the activity.

In order to ensure the security of the website and prevent bot attacks, we also use the so-called reCAPTCHA. The reCAPTCHA is a Google tool. Google's reCAPTCHA collects and analyzes how users navigate your website to determine if the activity is suspicious, so some of your data is collected and processed by Google (your IP address, uploaded sources including styles or images, your Google account information, etc.).

2.      Details of recipients and retention periods

Public and judicial authorities

Personal data may be processed in the context of managing requests from public or judicial authorities or in the context of communications with authorities. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

The data collected will be communicated, within the Group AGRIAL, to the persons concerned by the requests/communications with the authorities, to the support services of the AGRIAL Group, including the legal department, and may be shared with consultants, service providers and/or subcontractors.

They shall be kept for the duration of the proceedings before the authority concerned.

Clarification of retention periods

At the end of the retention periods detailed in the processing operations above, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized. However, your Personal Data may be kept for a longer period in so-called "intermediary" archives in order to comply with legal obligations or to comply with applicable legal limitation periods or to safeguard Eurial's rights, until all legal remedies have been exhausted; they will then be deleted or anonymized.

3.       Your rights to your data

You can access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data. Where the use of your data has required your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
