Preheat oven to 270°C.
Roll dough balls out into 4 discs, 25-30 cm in diameter, on a floured surface.
Spread the sauce over the dough, sprinkle the shredded 40% fat Maestrella Mozzarella, and top with the sliced tomatoes, Neapolitan sausages and green olives.
Bake for 5 to 8 minutes.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on basil leaves.
