Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
Sauté the sliced onion until translucent.
Add the minced beef and cook until nicely browned.
Stir in the tomatoes, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Let simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Lightly warm the tortillas to make them pliable.
Place a portion of beef in the center of each tortilla.
Add a generous handful of the Maestrellas cheese mix.
Fold the edges of the tortillas and roll tightly.
Heat a pan or panini press over medium heat.
Lightly brush the burritos with a little oil or melted butter.
Grill each burrito 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Serve immediately with cheddar sauce.
For extra flavor, add some diced peppers or a touch of barbecue sauce to the filling.
