Doblo 50 is a blend of 50% of french mozzarella and 50% analogue. Thanks to the stretching properties and milky taste of mozzarella and the smooth texture of the analogue, Doblo 50 is ideal for all your preparations.

50% French Mozzarella (pasteurised cow’s milk (origin : France), salt, starters, coagulant), 50% analogue (water, palm oil, starches (E1420), milk proteins, cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk , emulsifying salts (E331- E339- E452), salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative (E202), colouring agent: E160a (i)), anticaking agent: potato starch.
