GRILLED VEGETABLE PIZZA

List of Ingredients
  • 4 balls pizza dough
  • 500g of Mozzarella Shredded 40% MG/ES Maestrella
  • 400g of tomato sauce
  • 250 of cherry tomatoes
  • 250 of mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 jar of roasted peppers in oil
  • 1 handful spinach sprout
  • 1 jar of black olives

THE STEPS OF THE RECIPE

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice finely the red onion and slice the zucchini and mushrooms.

Sear the vegetables on the grill.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured work surface into 4 discs 25cm to 30cm in diameter.

Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza dough and arrange the grilled vegetables, peppers in oil and black olives.

Sprinkle the Mozzarella shredded 40% MG/ES, drizzle with peppers' oil and bake for 15 min.

Sprinkle the pizza with spinach leaves before serving.
