Recipe

  • Preheat the oven at 200°C
  • Prepare the tomato sauce :
  • Peel, seed and cut into cubes the tomatoes
  • Cook the tomatoes in a pan with olive oil and onions
  • Add the minced garlic and the herbs, salt
  • Spread the dough with a thin layer of tomato sauce
  • Add the shredded mozzarella and walnuts
  • Put 3 slices of ripened goat slices
  • Put the seafoods on the pizza
