Recipe

  • Cut the tomato in 4 pieces and the pepper in small cubes.
  • Cut the zucchini in small balls.
  • Thread the vegetables and mozzarella balls on small woods skewers (2 mozzarella balls + 2 vegetables, depends on tastes).
  • Sprinkle the preparation with marinade, and serve them.
