Our history
- 2008: Creation of HCI (Herbignac Cheese Ingredients) and building of a new high factory to produce 100% Mozzarella for pizza.
- 2010: Launch of the new brand : MAESTRELLA dedicated to professionals
- 2015: Launch of new products in MAESTRELLA range : Blend of mozzarella and Cheddar
- 2016: A new format is now available for our customers: individual block 2,5kg
